PREPARATORY STEP


     A preparatory project is realized after first elements determined during a very elaborate meeting with our architects.
Its purpose is to make you visualize through synthetic virtual images – in 3 D – your fancied project (in respect of the PLU or POS implantation on the site, materials used for the façades, colours of façades and roofs, joinery choice and, of course,  general aspect of the house.
You will have plenty of time and will be delighted to see what your house will look like accurately and close to reality
